Chunfeng Heat Radiator Technology Developing Company was established in 1999 on the basis of the former of Technology Developing Department of Jixian County Radiator Factory well-known for its products in China. Now with the company's development and internal system's reform, it has become a hi-tech enterprise integrating heat, chemical, rubber, metallurgy technological developing and consultation service. Our company consists of mould manufacture department, produce & process department for export, new product trial workshop and information network service and three function departments including CAD design room, patent office and materials room. At present we have fixed assets of USD 120,000 with the annual sale volume of USD 500,000 and earning foreign exchange of USD 500,000.

Our company has been making a good cooperation with Qinghua University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology for many years. We researched and produced successfully rare-earth incubation iron cast radiators and process technology which filled in the gap in China. Besides, we undertook many key projects of state, provincial or city-levels such as "New product trial plan", "Xinghuo Plan" and "tackling Key Problems Plan".

Meanwhile, we self-designed and developed some refined cast radiators including circular pipe, pillar wing and cylindrical with art pattern etc., which have been approved as "Recommendation Products for Well-off Resident Engineering", "Recommendation Products for Application Olympic Games Building Equipment Team" and "Green Environment Protection Building Materials" by the Ministry of National Construction for years. Therefore, our company has strong force in researching and producing and leads the first in the same line.

To extend industrial chain, develop correlative cast products so as to meet with the market requirement, Jizhou Chunfeng Foundry Co., Ltd was built up. It is one of five biggest backbones in Chunfeng Group. Their main products include iron cast, ductile cast iron and non-ferrous metal castings and also various parts for automobile and mechanical engineering fittings. Our company will make long term cooperation with China No.1 Automobile Factory. It will be the base for producing heavy-type truck's damper brake with the production capacity of 15000T per year.

Now there are 2 sets of worktables mainly used in CAD & CAM design and relative products' pattern and image manipulation. One set of IDA is used as client administration (CRM) and automat-office system (OA/ MIS) has worked for 2 years. Our manufacturer branch has 2 computers in industry and PLC automatic control. We have established Internet and area network which can make us easily exchange information and technological flow.

Besides, a batch of engineers in IT, mechanical-making and cast leaders of the group make supervision and coordination to our company by information administrating system. Our company often holds business training to technical personnel through our own network, so as to continuously improve technical level and quality.

At present we have over 20 items of own intellectual property including 6 patents, 12 ones of new developing and practicability and 3 appearances. Our company is always getting rid of the old products and brings forth the new ones. 2- 4 new products are researched and produced every year and are launched to the market. All these measures improve the technical innovation and technical progress in the same line.
